The Villa consists of 3 apartments for rent, one for 8/9 people with a terrace overlooking the sea, one for 4 people with a balcony overlooking the sea, and another for 4 people on the ground floor, and one on the ground floor inhabited by the owner, all completely autonomous, and has a swimming pool, garden, playground, equipped barbecue area, parking, private and common outdoor areas.
